Feels like a sincere approach to pet loss. Something I need to discuss with my little monsters before we get a mutt. They're at that age... "Can we get a dog. Can we get a dog. Can we get a dog..." Ugh! It's a simple read with nice illustrations and some good advice at the end. I give it props for not saying to 'just get another dog' as a remedy to pet loss. That seems a bit cold to me. Wouldn't want my wife to just replace me. My girls may have to face this when we get a snoopy and this seems like a good prep. Thumbs up.
Congrats on your first and many more to come!
