Well Built
I installed this sink yesterday. Before purchasing I knew the 8" add on spout would be a little long so I emailed the company and asked how to get the 5" spout. I was told to just email the order number once purchased and they will mail it. I did and they asked for my address. It supposedly is on the way and if so, I will change this to a 5 rating. This faucet is very solid. There are extra parts for every place where you screw something together. Didn't need any of them and so far no leaks. I love my commercial sink and faucet. You can set the temperature of the spray and just pull the trigger to rinse dishes. The spout is convenient for either cold or hot. Update as of 11/14. I received the spout yesterday.
