On dark greys (like in dark mode UIs or in dark game areas) there is slight banding that affects how dark areas look. Flat, dark areas also have this grainy look to them which is hard to capture in a photo. This isn't very visible at normal viewing distances, especially with the screen being 13".
Changing contrast/brightness with the OSD results in shifting of colour temperature and sometimes even does the opposite of what you'd expect -- for instance, any contrast value over 47/100 on my unit actually reduces contrast.
When the settings are tweaked and particularly while viewing dynamic content at moderate to bright levels, the display is great. It draws only 3-5 Watts of power, typically, and the USB-C video input works well for me with a mini-PC. Viewing angles are great and colours are quite vibrant without being too oversaturated.
The portability can hardly be beat and INNOCN's customer service has treated me very well!
