After months of studying and then implementing Intermittent Fasting, this book was written. It is a simple account of the advantages of this scientifically proven method of burning off your excess fat (weight) which costs absolutely nothing! It does not present an opinion but a personal account of studying and implementing this proven method of living a healthier and longer life. It has been written specifically for beginners!

From the Author

I decided to write this book after discovering ALL of the advantages of Intermittent Fasting. Of course, weight loss, or more accurately fat loss, was one of the first motivations which invited me to try this scientifically proven method of reducing the damage I had submitted to my body over a number of decades. I have never been extremely overweight or obese but the western lifestyle, which includes huge amounts of sugar, had taken its toll on my body. The inches crept around my waist and my wardrobe had to be gradually replaced, especially the pants! As I got older, and had the pleasure of acquiring four beautiful grandchildren, I became more aware of my age and my mortality. I have always been aware of the fact that people who live longer lives are almost never fat! So my motivation to try Intermittent Fasting was twofold - to burn off the excess fat and to live longer. I have spent months studying the experts on the question of weight-loss with Intermittent Fasting. I have read most of the leading books on the subject. I have also implemented the program for myself and have turned back my body-clock at least 30 years. I have improved my athletic ability to the point where I recently rode my bike from Berlin to Stuttgart (900 km) in just 10 days at the age of 74! This book is not a scientific masterpiece. It is an attempt to motivate everyone to burn of the dangerous, deadly excess fat we all carry. One of my reviewers claims it is based on just 'personal opinion'. This is incorrect. It is based on personal experience and a careful study of the scientific evidence which is available to everyone who has the time to read it. I have done this for you and compiled it into a simple form for everyone. It is the perfect basis for beginners.  If Amazon would allow me to offer it for free I would do so, but they do not, so the best alternative is the Kindle version for just a couple of bucks. This represents the best investment you will ever make for your body, your health and your family!
