It would have been nice if they included instructions with the speaker. In the description it says red is charging and off means charged but why not give instructions with that information? Otherwise I like this speaker so far. It really helps when watching videos on my phone.

I have purchased at least 3 speakers to listen to music at work. I had the JBL which is highly rated but in less than no time the sound quality sounded like tin. Others didn't have the correct ports to connect to the computer. This speaker was introduced to me by a co-worker. I'm a sucker for nice looking things but esthetically speaking, its ugly! However for performance, its giving 4 stars. I just can't give it a 5 but it is well worth the purchase.

Sound is good until you reach the max and then it gets tinny.

Finally able to use my old IPad in my room without headphones. If you have an IPad or phone that has the old headphone jack this will significantly increase the volume from device. This speaker is really tiny so space for it is not a problem. It certainly can get loud though! The volume is controlled by the device it is attached to so be prepared to turn it down. The bass isn't the greatest but it's so small I expected that. It works great on my laptop but couldn't get much sound out of it on my phone but I realize the problem might be with the phone. I'll have to do a little experimenting with that. I also bought an extension cord for it because it plugs directly into the laptop and just hangs there and I envisioned it getting knocked out since it is right where my hand rests when I type. Best to move it away from my crazy hand.
