I recorded from the turntable and I got the music, but I also got ambient sounds from the room where I was recording, ie I ran some water in the sink at the other side of the room and that sound recorded, too, and basically ruined the recording of my music. I'm going to call them in the morning. I also have a problem with the level of the volume. The recording was at a very low volume and there is no control on the turntable that will up the volume. I a, also using a Mac.
