I was going to order the banker boxes, but am terrified of spiders and since the boxes would be sitting in my work space in the basement with my art supplies, finding something that was a little more aesthetically pleasing than a cardboard box intrigued me. When I kept trying to get more info, I was limited to ordering the black (maybe it was a Prime thing?). I’ve started this thing where I only read the negative reviews because it’s so hard to tell which of the good ones are real.
Here’s a breakdown so hopefully no one else will need to spend as much time figuring out if these are worth the money (I’ve already filled two of the four):
• They’re perfectly sized for standard hanging files
• Opaque black, and roomy enough to hold something else if you clean out your files and want to use them for something else
• Snap-lock sturdy lids!!
• You can definitely stack these (I’ve got two stacked)
• Small built-in indentations for carrying when the lid is attached
