I would still highly recommend this shirt. The wrinkling is because of the fabric. I have another out of this same material and it does the same thing. It is made of 100% cotton and is imported. The poly polos do not wrinkle and keep you cooler in the heat.
edit: Shrank too much. Actually exchanged for 2x large and I think that's the size for me (after shrinking - but neck will be little loose). I'm 6'1" and 42 suit that fits in the shoulders.
I didn't contact customer service because it wasn't necessary; here is my experience:
The shirts are great - I ordered two Black XL shirts (I got Black because they were cheaper, and match anything). I do disagree with the huge price difference for the other colors, so I think the seller should come down on those prices.
The only complaint I have about the shirts are the hems on the end of the sleeves. They are a little too tight for my taste and force the sleeve to hug your arm. If you're going for showing off those guns, then this isn't a problem. Personally, I prefer function over fashion, so I like my sleeves to be a little loose so it's easier for air to get under the cloth (it's a good quality, kind of heavy grade - perhaps a short-sleeve shirt best meant for Fall weather?). But if you only wear these shirts when it's cool out, then this isn't really a complaint, but I had a Spring/Summer/Fall shirt in mind when I purchased it.
I think that's about it. The shirt is streamlined in that it fits the body good, and it doesn't really have a lot of stretch factor (like I said, I prefer function over fashion, so I tried to stretch mine a little for a more loose fit). Although it did stretch a little, but nothing like a T-Shirt might (nor should it...it's not a T-Shirt).
All in all, it's a good shirt and I would happily order more in other colors if it weren't for the price. :/ Sorry about that.Read more ›
Previously, I purchased Izod Heritage polos at a department store and they were heavier and well made. They were everything you'd expect about Izod quality. The "Izod Heritage Pole" was embroidered on the back yolk.
If my son did not need a black polo for work, I'd send them back. I cannot believe the junky quality that is being sold as Izod Heritage polo shirts. I'll never buy these shirts online again, as it seems that there are different standards as to what is being sold online and in stores, but labeled the same product.

Great shirt but I'm surprised this one didn't fit as my past purchases.Published 1 day ago by BryanOPs
The shirt is of lower quality than you'd expect from Izod. It runs rather small (probably a full size down from listed) and the sleeves have a weird run, where they seem too short... Read morePublished 3 days ago by David Dumont
I have 10 other izod golf shirts and they all fit fine, after washing this one (with other izods) it shrank to a belly shirt.Published 3 days ago by Chris E.
