Very satisfied. Only 2 reason I am not giving 5 stars.

First issue was, after using it a few days with a 9v battery, the unit would start to come on automatically and you could not bypass the delay. Ok, so maybe it was weak battery or something, or it consumes lots and need a fully charged battery. I almost returned it, but instead I plugged in external power and that solved that issue. Maybe it is just this unit or others may experience this I don't know. So It wants juice and I provided external power and it works great.

2nd issue, went to install on pedal board with Velcro. Well, not so easy, the bottom rubber feet are part of the screws and are not easily removed. The sides protrude and the battery cover screw protrudes as well on the bottom. So you have a very uneven bottom surface. Fortunately I had wide large strips of Vecro so I so I just flopped 2 large pieces on it and made it work. Not great but
workable.

Sound & Operation: Analog man!! it is not harsh like digital delays, it is smooth! The delay sounds natural and great! You can set the delay time with the slider or with the tap switch - cool. The added toggle switches add cool freaky effects or you can use it to create a great sounding chorus effect (turn the delay time down, feedback down, modulation on depth up) so that is a plus.

So It's in full use, on my pedal board and I'm good to go! The only thing its missing is a loops, but I don't need that feature. If you're looking for a simple and great sounding delay, go with it!

Title says it all. I wanted to love this pedal but it uses those horrendous plastic momentary switches disguised as metal stomp switches so you're slamming straight onto the PCB every time you turn the pedal on. Everything worked as it should, and I loved the fader for adjusting delay time. The QC and build quality need to come up for it to meet its price point, unfortunately. Crazy how long the delay on this thing is, it's hard to find BBD chips these days, even the ganged-556-timer ICs are in short supply - and it will do triple slapbacks so you can get some echo-ish effects in. In conclusion, if you buy from someone with a good return policy and you're an intermediate-level person with regard to experience with analog effects (DONT DROP THIS THING!) it's a great starter or upper-mid level delay. The tap tempo works great too, better than many boss and EHX pedals I've used.

That said, if you're hard on gear or like your stuff to be overbuilt, look at the Electro-Harmonix Memory series. Some of the best analog delays available.

This pedal was awesome, while it worked. I used for a few months, then switched my pedal board up a bit. When I tried to use it again, it will not pass a signal. It powers up fine, all functions work , but no signal passes thru. I paid 158.00 for this a year ago. A lot of money for a paperweight!!

I am very disappointed. The device not work at all. I live in Paraguay and i have a mail box in miami for shopping. I paid money for carry the device to Asunción. I can't return the pedal because it will cost more money than the pedal. I very disappointed.

As others have noted - these pedals fail pretty quickly. I had mine for about three months and it simply stopped working after minimal use. Completely unreliable for the professional musician and won't be replaced on my Pedelboard.

This is a very nice sounding analog delay, with the added feature of tap tempo, which I find a must have on a delay. I have played with the MXR Carbon Copy, and this sounds fuller and has a nice warm old undertone to the repeats. The added function of modulation is great and the option to cascade the delay into oscillation is a nice touch for a pedal that sells for a great price. This delay has gone under the radar, not due to poor sound, quality or ease of use, mostly due to a very limited marketing push. I love the look of the pedal, and the choice of a mild green works well with the old style look the pedal has. My only gripe with the pedal is it's physical size. It does take up a lot of real estate on a pedal board, it is almost the same size as a strymon timeline.

If you are looking for a nice, great priced analog delay then give this one a go, it really surprised me.

No bigger issue... probably for guitar it may work as a clock; however, I use it with my synth, and I realized that it catch only few octaves, and only catch waves forms that are "smooth", everytime you try to get an echo from a sharp wave, it won't pick it up... also the behavior depends or change if the time of the delay is short or long (but probably it's due to the analog nature). Finally the oscillation feature was disappointed, although I love selfoscillation and I definitely was looking for that, the switch don't make oscillate the existing sound, instead makes a quiet (so quiet) noise oscillation that overkill the existing sound... so if you want to selfoscillate to the insane some noise, don't trust on this switch, just crank up the feedback and shorten your delay time... if it turn to a point were the selfoscillation will destroy your speakers, turn on the oscillation switch, cause it will kill the signal and it will rescue you from that (that's the only use I found to this feature... for crazy that it sound).
So... For sine-like waves (at a reasonable octave) it works perfect; But for sharpened waves and/or more extreme octaves, there are other options out there
