With the price of olive oil now too expensive for me to buy, I ordered this oil blend instead of EVOO. It cooks food well without it being greasy. The oil makes the food taste great. You get a large size bottle at a great price & I use this oil as if it was EVOO. I also put oil on my dogs’ food for their skin & coat. They’re eating this oil & there are no complaints. ;)

This is now my go-to cooking oil. It is not pure olive oil so don't go thinking it is--at this price! Rather, it's 80% Sunflower oil, with 20% Olive to lend a bit to the aromatics. With that said, for me it works perfectly for sauteeing and frying items like pancakes and veggie burgers. There's no smoking at higher and long term heat, and an unobtrusive scent and flavor.
The kicker is that the cost is on par per ounce with the least expensive oils available on this website, canola and soy. And those are two oils that I try overall to avoid. In this Iberia blend, I get two oils that I prefer and actively seek out to include in my diet--for the best price on Amazon.
Again, this Iberia blend is not your super gourmet, first cold stone pressed olive oil that you'd drizzle over your glamorous, fresh-from-the-garden tomato salad. But it is a superb choice for frying an egg in your cast iron skillet. I love it and I hope it's available on Amazon forever and forever at an affordable price.

I have to admit that I was a little afraid of testing out this new (to me) oil. I have always used pure Virgin Olive Oil, but lately the prices for Olive Oil has been skyrocketing. This cooking oil is superb. The flavor is the same as Olive Oil, maybe a little better. I am never going back to pure Olive Oil again.

The best of both worlds, olive oil and safflower oil. Great for frying. Virtually tasteless; I hate the oily taste of most frying oils. Mild olive oil taste that enhances fried squid for instance. Highly recommend. Olive oil smokes at high temperatures. Safflower oil make the difference.

Ever since the price of olive oil shot through the roof I've been looking for an alternative oil for my soap making hobby. I did some research and the fatty acid profile of sunflower oil is very close to olive oil so I don't need to modify my recipe very much, and other crafters say it makes a nice soap. This mix of sunflower and olive oils is so reasonably priced that I thought I'd give it a try. You get a LOT for the price - I took a foto of the two bottles next to a large loaf of artisan bread. And so far, it seems like a good sub for olive oil in my soap recipes. Full disclosure, none of my bars have completed their 6 week cure yet but unless something goes terribly wrong in the next month, I plan to use this instead of pure olive oil going forward.
