About the Actor
Jud started his fitness journey while at the United States Naval Academy Preparatory School; before attending the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he played football and sailed on Americas Tall Ship the Coast Guard Cutter Eagle. The combination of collegiate sports and military life led Jud to shift his focus toward human performance and fitness. Jud found himself at the University of Delaware where he majored in nutrition and dietetics and continued to build his physique. Jud spent his summers as a lifeguard in Bethany Beach, DE where he made countless rescues keeping the beach safe. Jud now owns his own training center CrossFit 1st State and shares his knowledge with athletes there daily.
