The shoulder strap attachment points got in the way of the zipper's operation, so I chopped 'em off. Even after that, this cooler takes two hands to open or close.
The soft sided construction of the cooler does allow odd sized items to be carried, and, even with a bunch of ice packs, there's plenty of room.
I have owned this lunch box for many months now and use it daily for work. I am not a construction worker nor do I treat this lunch box poorly. It is used under normal day to day circumstances and it is cared for.
In short, it loses its form, the zippers tear away from the fabric and generally this thing is falling apart. So, my advise - Find something better!
I am on the same quest now, but sorry igloo--- this product does not make the cut. It looks cool, but that is where it all ends.

Fantastic cooler. Can handle a LOT of food, drinks, etc, and with the right sized cold packs will keep things cold for a long time. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Amazon Customer
This is a replacement for my first one. I like this cooler. But, you need to re-enforce the upper mesh by putting a piece of stiff carboard on the bottom of the upper compartment. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Scott
Pretty nice cooler. Works well, stays cold when left out of the direct sunlight.Published 3 months ago by Terry Gies
