Very happy with this product. The headband is adjusted with the help of a spinning ring on the back of the head band, making it incredibly easy to adjust on the fly without the need to remove it from your head.

The magnifier front can be flipped up and down, making it easy to "turn on and off". The front light is also adjustable left to right a bit, making it real easy to get rid of glare etc when you have the part you are inspecting up close.

Helped me make short work of changing the battery on my watch!

So far this headset has been great. I got it fitted where I wanted it, then tightened it down and it has yet to come loose or slip at all. The light is focused right where you want it (a problem I've had with other headsets) and removable if you don't want it. I use this for soldering and it's great. I highly recommend it.
