The other problem is the power supply for these units is not rated for outdoor use. Its "wall wart" style power supply with short cable means that for most outdoor installations you'll need to have the power supply outside unless you have some other provisions for getting power to the unit. But the power supplies seem to have lasted longer than the LED panels within the unit. Save your money and stay away from this style of illuminator. There appears to be several brands all with a similar design so buyer be aware and look for identical units with different name brands.
Here we are at the start of August and the replacement lamps are already sporting multiple burned out LEDs. So yes, these LEDs blow (pun intended).
