I have been drinking Illy Cafe for over 10 years now and I am still in love with the product! It tastes great and the cans make for great upcycle projects, so it's a win-win! This is the only decaf I've ever tasted that didn't have a chemical undertone to it. It has a rich and "clean" taste to it. Most people don't even know they are drinking decaf when I serve it because you can't tell the difference in quality.
Illy's customer service isn't very good, so I no longer deal with them. Instead, I buy from Amazon. Since I started buying my coffee from Amazon, I no longer have to deal with the frustration of dealing with Illy's Customer Service. But it speaks volumes that I dealt with Illy's bad customer service for so many years when most people would have switched to a different brand. But that's how good the coffee is! Now that I buy from Amazon, I feel like it's the complete package: Great coffee and great customer service!
