As the gods rage, the rest of the world falls. Unwilling drafted into the war between the old and new gods, Dr. Petra Robichaud works in a MASH unit, patching up wounded immortal soldiers and sending them on their way. Her latest patient is different than the rest as he sparks something in her long cold heart as she scrambles to save him, and accidentally reveals her ability to see ghosts, an instant death sentence. To protect herself, she tries to stay as far away from him as possible, but that proves difficult once he decides she is the one in the ancient prophecy who is supposed to stop the war. Galen would move heaven and earth for peace, and his method of persuasion is seduction, the one tactic Petra seems helpless to ignore.

I absolutely loved the setting for this book. It reminded me of the MASH tv shows that I watched growing up, only with a supernatural twist. Not only was the setting in a war triage unit, but there also was a great deal of humor just like the old episodes, making it a very enjoyable read. The paranormal elements only stepped my enjoyment up an even higher notch. There was a plethora of supernatural characters blended in with Greek Mythology, making for a very rich world. I particularly loved the dynamic between Petra's bunk mates, the werewolf and the vampire as their interactions were hilarious to say the least. Add that in with the constant prank attempts and the very nosy nature of the entire MASH staff and the crazy, but fun hilarity of it all kept me very entertained.

Petra and Galen made for an interesting couple to say the least. There were so many obstacles in their path, and yet something about them seemed to just perfectly fit from the very start, even though it took a while for any real "magic" to happen.

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the main character-- she was practical, smart and relatable. She was not a bada$$ these books often make their heroines, all for the better. I also loved the supporting characters. It was amusing and entertaining, with some explicit sex but not an overwhelming amount of it. I look forward to reading the next book!

This was a completely different take of paranormal for me. The author created a different and strange world where paranormal live and fight. Petra was working in a mash unit as a doctor patching up the immortal wounded coming in from the war. Being that she not completely human she has abilities that she must keep secret unless she wants to die. Then Galen comes in wounded and they have an experience with Petra's abilities. Fear keeps Petra working to send Galen to another unit to heal but for some reason she can't get rid of him. Though there is a prophecy that involves both of them and it keeps bringing them together. The story was full of excitement....danger....and the growing love between Galen and Petra. I enjoyed their story but it wasn't something I'll read more of. Just a bit too out there for me.

I love this story! Set in a Mash like setting, our author throws in humor, imagination and great characters that create a fun and dynamic story.
Using Gods as characters mixed with other paranormal stuff and humans, Ms. Fox creates a fantastic world that I would love to visit. Jeffe should also have a story of his own.

If you like humor, romance and a great story line you'll love this book?

This is an action-packed, fun paranormal romance. If youliked Angie Fox's Demon Slayer series, then you are going to be pleased withthis one too. Immortally Yours is the first book in Fox's M*A*S*H series, andlike most series debuts it has some growing pains. The first third of the bookis spent trying a little too hard to be funny, but after that the humor becomesmore realistic. The world-building isn't overwhelming and I really liked theclever and fresh premise for the series. Once the story starts buildingmomentum and the action picks up, I was invested in the characters and enjoyingthe ride.

The New Gods, a more hip and progressive group, havedeclared war on the Old Gods and the two have been fighting for over 700 years. As long as neither side gains the upper hand the fighting is contained inLimbo, a red flat wasteland, and the humans on Earth have no idea of what isgoing on. If one side does gain an advantage, then there will be naturaldisasters on Earth. Most reviewers have been emphasizing the Greek gods in thestory, but the war involves past gods and goddesses from many differentmythologies. However, our smexy hero Galen is a Greek demi-god. To help in the war the old and new gods are allowed to recruit people from Earth with supernatural origins, like vampires, werewolves, and Fae. Thereluctant heroine, Petra, is a half-fae doctor from New Orleans and wasrecruited by the New Order Army to help patch up the soldiers at a M*A*S*H unitin Limbo. While this seems like a great opportunity, there is one catch, youhave to serve in the army for the rest of your life or until the war ends.

Galen is Greek demi-god perfect. He is loyal, trustworthy, compassionate, and sexy as hell.
