Just like kit cars & kit houses the end product is a result of care taken during assembly :-) Pictures show what ya get. Good quality hardware.Latch/Release: I found the upgraded latch to work great. Very positive engagement and smooth release.Side Rails: The drill bumps for side rail mounting are very close. I used a silver marker to verify position before drilling and also assembled rails one at a time. Drill the center hole first. Bolt it down so it doesn't move (much) and use the other two holes as drill guides for accurate hole placement. Use caution and go slow as the bit can grab the rail. A variable speed drill motor works best.Note: In retrospect, I wish I had attached the side rails to the tub before attaching the tub to the frame. This would mean drilling all mounting holes first. (Your Mileage May Vary)The Tub: As others have said, the tub to frame mounting locations are not very accurate - see off-set in picture - but, put the frame on the tub where you want it, mark the drill points using the frame holes as a guide and drill. I used a center punch to clearly mark drill points. Then successively larger drill bits to drill the holes. I found starting with a small bit initially kept a large bit from walking on me.Use: This is a very sturdy cart. I have hauled fire wood, yard debris and fill dirt. I am very satisfied with this purchase.Value: Tub drill points aside, the quality of components in this kit warrant the cost involved.Suggested Addition: While not required, I found mounting a ball-hitch makes attach/detach much easier. It also allows more articulation (less binding between trailer & vehicle), of trailer over uneven terrain.

Sturdy but noisy atv trailer

Easy installation. Heavy duty construction. Just note - this trailer has a lot of metal components and if you are using it on trails in the woods like I am it is very noisy going over bumps and rocks. At first I thought it was going to be a little small for hauling firewood, but it really holds about all the weight I want to put behind my Honda Rubicon. You need to be careful going down steep hills with full loads as it tends to want to jackknife easily. Bottom line. Probably a great trailer for lawn or driveway use, not so good for rough trail use.

The product was delivered in two boxes. Both packages were in good shape and I carefully inventoried and inspected every part prior to assembly. There was a piece of mesh on the trailer wall that was bent, which appeared to be the result of a manufacturing error, but really no big deal as it didn’t affect the functionality of the trailer and everything else was in great shape. Upon inventorying the parts, I noted that a certain size of the bolts were not in the packaging, but the same number of other size had more, so I assumed they were to be used instead and, fortunately, that was the case.
The instructions included in the packaging were decent. There was only one section where the size specification table was missing the size of some of the bolts, so I just had to make an educated guess and use process of elimination. Other than that, they were pretty straightforward and I didn't have too many problems following them. BTW - there is a YouTube video of a couple guys assembling this exact same trailer and it helped me get through a couple tough spots.
The primary problem that I had with assembly was attaching the axles to the frame. The holes didn't align and I was about to drill them out to make them fit since other reviewers had mentioned they overcame the same issue using this process. However, before "damaging" the frame and brackets, I decided to unbolt everything and switch the axles to different sides. The holes did align slightly better and with another pair of hands helping me, I was able to get everything installed without any drilling. (Note: I did leave all the nuts and bolts loose, as noted in the instructions, and then tightened them after I was finished.)
I did purchase the MotoAlliance coupler for my trailer and it fit perfectly - installation was a breeze and it allows the trailer to articulate around the rough terrain on my mountain property.
I have been using the trailer to haul branches and logs out of the forest for a couple weeks and it works very well. The high clearance and knobby tires do well in the rough terrain. The only problem I've had is with the tipping latch. It worked fine the first few times, but now the latching post appears to be too long so the trailer won't unlatch and dump the load. But, not a big deal... I'll probably just need to grind down the latch post a little to give it adequate clearance to clear the trailer arm when activated.
This is a great trailer and I'm happy with my purchase. I shopped around for several weeks, and many of the other comparable trailers I found were several hundred dollars more and cost at least $150 to ship, so I feel like I got a great deal for this unit. I would definitely recommend it to others that need a large capacity trailer for their ATV. After hauling wood up and down hills, over rocks and logs, etc. by hand, this thing is an absolute blessing and has saved me a lot of back pain.

Attention les marques sur le dessus de la cuve n’arrive pas vis à vis des trous en bas des grilles peu importe si on la met vers l avant ou vers l’arrière comme j’ai fait ,c’est plus pratique pour moi comme je n utilise pas le dompeur.
Malgré ces quelques défauts je donne 5 étoile vu la solidité et le prix.

I was looking for a woods cart for hauling 8 foot firewood logs. This cart bed is only 54”, but I ordered it anyway as the overall length is 83”. I also ordered a 2” trailer coupler to make it faster to hook and remove from the ATV. I am not disappointed at all. I load the logs with the weight mostly centered over the tires to reduce tongue weight on the ATV. This leaves a portion of the logs hanging over both the front and rear. The trailer pulls easily.
Pros:
* Easy one person assembly.
* Very well built and able to handle the weight.
* Trailer can be moved around easily by hand.
* Trailer tires just fits snugly between the wheel wells of a regular half ton truck bed.
* Tires are wide and excellent for use in the bush behind ATV.
Cons:
* At $700 it seems a little steep, but you do end up with a tough unit.
* Unsure of the tilt latch feature. So far I’ve hauled approximately 50 loads of 8’ firewood through some rough terrain with no issues.
I’d recommend it based on the couple of months of heavy use I’ve given it. I’ve also used it to haul gravel and move some boulders. Dump empties well.
