Once again Natasha has captured my attention with hot sex, laugh out loud banter and a swoon worthy book boyfriend that I would not kick out of bed for eating crackers! Let's face it, Bradley is British and it is impossible not to hear that sexy voice in your head as you're reading this beautifully crafted romcom. I have never listened to an audio book...yes, you heard that correctly. But this story has me wanting Bradley to whisper sweet naughtiness as I'm tucked into bed for the night.
Bradley and Lexi have known each other most of their lives and it's no secret that Lexi had a crush on him when she was eight years old. Bradley broke her heart and she never forgot that, or him for that matter. Bradley may have been older, but her antics when they were younger did not go unnoticed by him. Fate has something in store for the two of them when they end up on the same flight to Las Vegas....alone.
It seems that everything that could possibly go wrong for Lexi does and she feels like this trip is doomed from the start. Bradley steps in to make sure she has everything she needs and their time together in Vegas gets sexier and hotter by the minute!
I loved Lexi's sassiness and her uninhibited banter with Bradley. Quite frankly, I found myself blushing and giggling at times with the things that came out of her mouth. Bradley was P E R F E C T. He was hot, sexy and adored Lexi's quirkiness every step of the way. Lexi was like a breath of fresh air and Bradley appreciated every aspect of that. He was thoughtful and attentive, in all aspects of their "off limits" relationship...que the heart eyes and awwwwwws! Besides, who doesn't love an alpha male with a sexy accent. The chemistry between the two of them is insane.
You will definitely laugh, swoon and hope that Natasha is already plotting her next knock your socks off rom com. She has found her niche, that's for sure! Keep em' coming!
So I must admit I may have read Cheeky before I read any of the other novellas because hello it’s a Natasha Madison book and she never disappoints this book whore! I think it is possible that this may be her funniest and sexiest book yet and it’s only a novella people! I devoured this one. The banter, the flirting, the forbidden friend’s sister, all of it was done perfectly!
I don’t want to give too much away because honestly I could break down every little thing about Cheeky that I loved and you would know the entire story so I won’t do that. What I am going to say is that Bradley Finch is my newest book boyfriend and I am not sharing him with anyone @#$% it! Okay I probably need to share him with Lexi but know I am doing it under protest! I laughed so hard at times I would cry or not be able to catch my breath. The chemistry between these two was off the charts explosive but the connection they share is even more so. I loved both Bradley and Lexi these two are characters I wish I had as friends in real life, although it would make that whole drooling over Bradley a bit awkward when Lexi would be around so I will just keep him in my dreams I mean my kindle.
I think Natasha Madison has hit rom com gold with Cheeky. This is one I plan on reading over and over again just to get more of my newest book boyfriend Bradley Finch. I have said it before and I will keep saying it if you have not yet read a book by Natasha Madison you have to read Cheeky and the rest of her books because ladies and gentlemen she is one of my favorite authors and one that is an automatic must read for this book whore.
Bradley, who happens to be close friends with Lexi's big brother, Sterling, who readers might remember from Kendall Ryan's The Fix Up, is headed to Vegas for a week with the boys. At least that was the plan until he wound up being the only one who didn't pull out.
Meeting by chance at the airport, the two who haven't spent much time together since Lexi was much younger, reconnect on the flight and giving in to their mutual attraction agree to spend the week together. Like, together together. A full week of no strings attached, no holds barred debauchery at the end of which they'll go back to their lives pretending Vegas never happened.
What I loved about this book, apart from it's vivid eroticism, was how, with the imagined safety net provided by the old saying about "What happens in Vegas" each lets down walls that they perhaps otherwise wouldn't have, exploring not just the boundaries of their sexuality, but simultaneously allowing themselves to be known by another person in a way that they otherwise might never have, the fall so soft and subtle that at first, neither realize it.
Then things start to get all sorts of complicated.
For a book that was so filled with sex, I found this one to be incredibly sweet, and a great fun read without being too deep.
