This product seems nice, I haven't used it yet. But... I'm a little grossed out by it. It says "new" and it's clearly used. The box has been opened before, there's no book or manual of any kind in it. Just the trays stuffed in a box. There's bits of dough and flour on the roller, old food/water marks on the tray... Definitely used. Would be fine if I bought a used item. But I was expecting new seeing as it is advertised as "new".

Trial and error since it comes with no instructions, but easy to use. Trick is to make sure every inch of the surface is floured. Easy to mold, they pop out perfectly. Made a batch of crab filled and a batch of meat, cheese and spinach filled. So much easier than the $100 model I bought for my KitchenAid, a lot less mess, much easier to clean up. Excellent price, too!

Fun product!! I made some with cheese and meat. The roller was ok on the round ravioli, but I found just pressing them with my hands worked better. They do make ravioli making easier. Just one hint dust them with rice flour for easy release.

These forms are very small and very light and it's bad that there are no holes on through. They can not make dumplings, when you start to roll them from above, then the filling fills out, and the whole form is turned upside down because it is very light. Then I'll say that these forms are very to me, did not like very uncomfortable. I do not recommend it.
There are other forms that have a hole in through and heavy in weight those forms are good. I have experienced them.

The ridges between the indentations aren't tall enough to be effective for cutting the pasta. Might work if your dough is absolutely tissue thin, but then your ravioli are likely to break open when you cook them...
I used the trays to shape and fill, then hand cut them apart. I doubt I'll use this again.
