On the flip side, I am a bit disappointed with the wheels on this jogger. More so, the tubes inside the wheels. I have only had this for a few days and have been on one run. Both back tires had huge rips in the tubes. One showed up the morning after we got it when I was going to head out for a run. Total buzz kill. Fixed that one and was ready to go jogging the following morning only to find the other back wheel had the exact same problem. I don't know if the manufacturer just gives really cheap and poor quality tubes for the tires or if theyve been sitting too long and get old? (Not sure if thats possible or not..?)
Anyway, overall I am happy with my purchase. I am hoping that the tubes were just cheap and that by replacing them I won't have any more issues. Will update in a week or so when I have used it more.
not fit through any doors and even difficult to carry just a few feet. Very bulky and would not even fit in my car and only our van. If you are driving to a trail to run this thing is not ideal. Wheels are very hard to pump up because rim is not wide enough to get most air pumps in so had fo buy a special pump.
We like this better than the expensive Bob double jogger and it's much cheaper, but our single seat Baby Jogger (I forget the model, but it's the stripped down, true jogging one) is our favorite. We do run with our strollers 3-5 times a week both together and not, and range from 2-6 miles in these runs.
The harness is one of the best I've seen as it is usable and quickly adjustable. Where the harness all snaps together at the belly, you can individually snap the left and right sides as opposed to many systems where you juggle getting left and right arranged and then snap them into the bracket at once. This is a huge convenience when it comes to "adventurous" days with toddlers. Shoulder adjustment is a cinch.
If I don't repost complaining about some faulty/shoddy construction that only time could prove, my 5-star rating stands.
