About the Author
Growing up in Alaska, Jennifer Stinson passed many cold, dark, winter days playing with imaginary friends, making up dance routines, and creating inappropriate illustrations. She created the original "Inappropriate Baby Book" for a pregnant friend. Friends and even strangers asked to buy copies for themselves, and soon a real bouncing baby book was born. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, dog, and cat.

This book has some funny and inappropriate questions to answer about your new baby. They are the funny things that parents might like to remind their child as they get older. Examples of questions are:
The first person you peed on was:
The first item you got stuck up your nose was:
You were introducted to a rectal thermometer on this day:
The first person you spit up on was:
And so on.
There are about 24 different question pages. You could also tape photos on some of the pages, rather than write or draw. The questions are funny and definitely inappropriate for some people. Know your audience before giving it as a gift.
I am known as the humorous one in the family, and I thought that this book would be a perfect stocking stuffer from me to them.
It is funny, with questions like "The first person you pooped on was...."; this book celebrates the funny (and maybe sort of embarrassing) things that occur during a baby's first year.
However, the book itself is super small. I was a little disappointed at the amount of content in the book. Not that $10.00 is particularly expensive, but I would have hoped it would include more than 30 pages. There is so much more that could have been included in this book, it's a shame.
I don't regret the purchase however, because it is cute in its own right. If you're buying this for somebody else, make sure they have a good sense of humor. Otherwise, you'll have wasted your money.
