The interior pockets are nicely placed.Though, the two designed to hold the power supply and cords could be a little bigger, and have a flap to secure the contents. The interior is large enough to hold a sketchbook, a couple of small books (or one text book) and a sweatshirt.
The one thing this bag lacks is a sleeve for a water bottle or coffee mug on the exterior of the bag. I get nervous about storing a water bottle inside the backpack alongside expensive electronics. This is a huge oversight, since carrying a bottle in the bottom compartment guarantees that it will sit on its side. For that, this bag gets just 4 stars.
getting a bag can be dicey because you aren't sure how it feel, and how much it will ACTUALLY hold. So glad I made the decision to get this bag - my son loves it.
I mainly bike to work and this backpack has been the perfect compromise between easy to commute with while still functional for work. It is very durable and I love the top colored zipper pouch. My phone and ids fit perfectly in the pocket and makes it easy to access even when i'm on the bike. The webbing strip across the right shoulder strap also makes it easy to run headphones through the strap and into my phone in the top zippered section.
Overall, its well made, protects my gear well and designed for easy access to all your favorite toys. I will agree that the webbing used on the bottom adjustable straps is slick so they won't necessarily stay in one place all the time, but it works for me. They may move around, but they are also easy to adjust so it doesn't bother me.
I had a swissgear bag for my lap top for three years before this. That bag was a wreck by the time it got replaced. It also looked like I was schlepping 70 pounds of computer gear where ever I went. That swissgear bag looked cheap and broken down fairly quickly. I only kept it because I'm cheap AND it held a lot of stuff. Or so I thought)
On the other hand this Incase bag is made of strong attractive material. It hold MUCH more than I expected and it holds everything in a way that doesn't seem bulky.
Its a great bag. The best I've ever used or seen.

It is a great backpack! It is a little pricey, but I have compared prices for the backpack and I would say the price I got this one for was pretty good. Read morePublished on December 11, 2012 by Kass
