1. Protection: as stated by reviewers on youtube, it has a good protection against drops, it doesn't add much bulk to the phone (about 1.6 times thicker than phone) and has an over the table lay down design to place it on any flat surface with no worries.
2. Daily usage: the phone feels really confortable on your hand, the screen protector is barely noticeable if it's well placed on (mine has two tiny bubbles and I don't notice it unless screen is off); putting it in and out of your pocket is no issue at all, the ports are all accessible to most headphones (my only issue here is with some speakers 3.5mm jacks which are wide and don't pass through the cover hole), the buttons are very confortable, soft and easier than the phone's button to press (the only one uncomfortable to reach is the Mute Switch but I honestly don't mind because I don't use it that much, and it's still accessible without using your nails)..
3. Wearing on and off the phone: If you plan to have more than one cover, switch it once or twice a day, I don't recommend this one.. It's hard to take on and off.. People has mentioned they feel like they're going to break the phone, but I wouldn't take it that far.. My only fear is that putting it on and off many times can scratch the phone or damage any button (volume or lock/unlock buttons).. My technique to remove it is to pull the upside first which threats better the buttons.
4. It comes with a travel stand, cristal clear screen protector (mentioned above) and a screen cleaning cloth, which are good.. Although the travel stand doesn't have much stability and works only with iPhone 5 on landscape (doesn't work with 3.5" screen devices, like my iPod Touch 3G on portrait either, so only on landscape).
5. Finally, the cover duration: the structure of the cover is flawless, meaning it's not broken part or anything, but the surface of the cover has some kind of finish which gives it the rubber aspect and it's starting to wear off at the front edge and a bit on the inside of the cover (between the phone's back and the cover); this doesn't affect at all the functionality of the cover but reduces the appearance of the phone.
I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the need of taking it off to use at my car with the thick 3.5mm jack connector, the lack of a resistant surface finish which makes it look cheap (even though it's a good cover)..
Hope this review is helpful!
Pros.
1. Good fit, very tight, though not super difficult to put in or get out, at least for me. The button covers all line up well and are easy to push. No problems connecting the lightening connector or headphones (apple or third party). Camera cutout is generous and I haven't had any issues taking pictures or video with it. Also no problems with using a screen protector, I had that on before I put on the case and there are no compatibility issues.
2. Feels solid, and the smooth rubbery coating makes it easy to get in and out of your pocket.
3. Protection is good all around, including a raised lip on the screen side to protect the front from falls.
4. I think it looks good, got it in white and grey.
Cons, sort of
1. Not a specific knock on the case, but it's hard to access the vibrate switch. Again I think this is more of a problem with the design of the iPhone 5 than the case as the switch is very small. But something to be aware of.
2. The rubbery coating is smoother than I would have liked. It's listed as matte on the description and in the sense that it is not glossy to look at I'd agree. However it doesn't provide great grip when holding it, it's more of that silky smooth kind of rubber feel. But at least if you drop it the case should protect it. In comparison the iPhone 4 generation NGP cases were much easier to keep a hold of.
3. It's not quite as thick as the old NGP cases, I can tell if I flick the side of the ovrmld it makes a louder noise, more like a normal hard case, whereas the old NGP cases would absorb the sound and the impact. Still good protection but not quite as good as the previous NGP. And again the current gen iPhone 5 NGP case was even worse.
4. It's white so it'll probably get dirty at some point.
But, oh, the Incipio case! Yes, it's still grease-covered (I think) because I still drop my phone 48 times a day. Yes, literally 48. I tallied it one time. Ok, no I didn't but if I did, it would have been 48.
But, you guys, ask me if my phone is still fine. Go ahead, ask me.
YES. MY PHONE IS STILL FINE WTF. Incipio protects it like a soft pile of snow protects you from snapping your neck when cartwheel 50 yards down the mountain on skis. But really, you're lucky that soft ass snow was there. Coulda been bad.
I've had this exact phone case for over 2 years and I partly keep getting the iPhone 5 because I love it so much. I am not a clean person, by any means. Well, yes I am. My house is immaculate 98% of the time, but when it comes to wearing nice clothes or "not spilling my coffee down my shirt" (smh why is that a thing i do what i want), I have nothing nice. Nothing. Often times I show up to events and people be like, "THAT'S what you're wearing?" I'm like, "yeah I look good."
But the phone case, not so much. It's all worn away. You can see the touch-pattern of how I grip my phone. I don't give it the courtesy of "cleaning it off" because ain't nobody got time for that. BUT YOU GUYS THE PHONE CASE IS STILL EFFING PERFECT.
Omg I love this case so much.

I didn't like the plastic cover for the screen, but you don't have to use that anyway. I prefer to just clean the phone, from time to time, using the soft cloth included with the case.
As other users have pointed out, it is VERY difficult to remove once it snaps into place. However, it does have 'give' at the volume buttons and at the base. However, I would say that the only major reason you would need to continually remove the phone from the case is when you need to use Apple's 'Lightning to 30-pin' Connector to connect the i5 to an old music docking system. However, you could just buy a connector with lead, and then you wouldn't have to wrestle with getting the case off each time.
Would have give it 5 stars if easier to remove.
So I would say,
Pros,
* would undoubtedly protect the phone quite well
* liked the rubber / tactile feel (rather than plastic feel of many cases)
* good service from the seller in terms of packaging and shipping
Cons,
* difficult to see how you get it on the phone without risking damage to the edges of the phone
I had Griffin cases on iPhone 4 and my wife used Speck candyshell. I didn't liked Speck cases due to the rubber on edges and on buttons shredding away with use and it now looks pretty ugly. Came across it on youtube and ordered it. Excellent build quality. Its matte, smooth finish with no cheap rubber. Fits like a skin with no sagging anywhere. Provides excellent protection without being awkward like armoured cases. Do mind its not the thinnest case and its mainly for protection. Look for poetic atmosphere if you want thin skin. It adds around 3mm thickness to phone.
Extremely difficult to remove. Not an issue for me as I use one case for phone lifetime (if possible). I have found out a way to remove without wrestling. It has a slight give at volume buttons where its pushed first followed by push from camera port which means top bit of phone is out of case and then just pull out rest.
If you want thin case with excellent protection then go for it. Its better than Speck.
