There are more things to learn from in this book and there are great healthy recipes inside which I think are easy to make and prepare. A great book full of good tips and recipes. I like best is that the book is very well organized and it is easy to find just the right cake for the occasion. The author has done a wonderful job of putting together the best recipes ever. I'm a visual learner and was hoping that the author would at least show how the cake would finally look when done baking. Great little book!
About the Author
Andrina Garrow I was born in South of France in warm, welcoming and friendly city Montpellier. I remember from childhood that I’ve spent a lot of time at my Grandma’s bakery. That was very French bakery with amazing sandwiches and deserts. I’ve started to love cooking when I was 6 years old. My grandma shared with me some secrets of recipes. I still have all the notes from her. From that time I knew that I want to connect my life with the Baking. As a time went on, I grew up and learned more and more new recipes. After finishing school, I had a one-year gap to help my Parents with bakery and I worked there. After a year I was accepted to a culinary school at Paris “Le Cordon Blue” program “Diplome de cuisine”. I’ve learned a lot of new techniques. After finishing the course I’ve decided that I want to improve my parents Bakery and started working there. While working I had a lots of offers from different restaurants from Paris. But I am very patriotic about my Bakery. Using all knowledge that I’ve learned and all notes of my grandma, I’ve started to create my own and authors versions of recipes. I truly believe that everyone can cook as a Chef. Practicing all new recipes I’ve started to write this book. I did this book to make you believe that you can do it, that you are an incredible cooker, and I will teach you how to make hard thing easy step by step.
