After purchasing these, I can say THEY TASTE WONDERFUL!
I originally purchased these to decorate cupcakes for my son's 2nd birthday. All our guests thought they were traditional sprinkles, while I automatically felt better knowing that I was serving everyone (and all the children) a non artificial option.
These will definitely be a staple in my baking and pantry!

Look great, taste great. Don't poison your kids with the regular stuff. The artificial dyes in regular sprinkles are radically toxic and we won't consume them anymore. In the past when our son ate regular sprinkles or food coloring his mouth would break out in a terrible red rash that would chap and blister over for days. All our kids would also have nightmarish behavior problems after eating artificial colors. But now our kids can have the joy of eating sprinkles without the awful side effects. Your kids will never know these things won't kill them, but their bodies will. And their bodies will thank them.

I ordered this product because my family uses sprinkles on ice cream and in baked goods often, and I wanted an alternative to the chemical-heavy name brand sprinkles that we usually buy at the grocery store. These sprinkles have a great taste and leave no waxy residue in your mouth like other sprinkles. The colors are not bright like sprinkles with artificial coloring; they are more pastel, but that's to be expected without the Red 40s and Yellow 5s! The coloring is only made from vegetable derivatives. I will certainly be ordering again, probably in a larger amount to be cost efficient. While this product is more expensive than "regular" sprinkles, I feel it is worth the price.

My son cannot have artificial food dyes, so as a family, we avoid them. These are lovely pastel rainbow colors. So many naturally dyed products come off grey and barely colored at all. The kids are so excited to have sprinkles on their ice cream and cupcakes. They are expensive, but I use them sparingly and the bottle goes pretty far. If you are expecting the brightness of regular sprinkles, you will be disappointed. Natural colors are always more pale and soft than their artificial counterparts.

I was pleased to find some sprinkles for kids treats that aren't loaded with garbage....because we certainly go through a lot of sundaes around here! These have bright, pretty colors, too. Other natural brands can be a little on the pale side. One note on the packaging; this does not have an external seal, and when I opened my jar, the inside seal lifted off and it kind of worried me. I contacted the company (yes I know...this is a little weird but...I'm a mom...I worry!) to ask what the packaging should look like.They replied quickly and informed me that the inner seal is slightly too big for the jar, so lifts off very easily once opened. So I guess that's how it was supposed to be. Definitely a fun product, and one to keep around for treats.

I don't like all the artificial dye in things and try to avoid as much processed food as possible. The problem is when I am doing a cake or cookies for something fun. I feel that using artificial dye kind of detracts from the making it yourself. These are great and solve that problem, no artificial dyes but add the colorfulness that I am looking for. I just wish it came in a bigger size.
