Some of the recipes are a bit too involved with specialized ingredients for my own cooking, yet there are a great many that are easily attainable for a casual cook like me, the Pepper Chicken and Red Lentil Curry to name a couple. The format is clear, though best viewed in Portrait orientation, and free of any bizzare spellings/punctuation that I have seen in other Kindle cookbooks. The Table of Contents is a bit poor, not giving links to the individual recipes but to "Meal" headings... and I use the term meal loosely as it may be counterintuitive for some to find dishes like Pepper Chicken under Breakfast Dishes.
Approximately fifty percent of the book is given over to soups and deserts, but the over all variety of dishes are good, touching on all forms of meat and seafood spotlights. All in all, in spite of the somewhat awkward navigation due to the ToC setup, INDIAN COOKING IN 30 MINUTES is going into my personal cooking collection.
