Editorial Reviews

From the Author

I saw so many authors struggling to format their books for both the digital and print platforms. There was no way I couldstand by each one and hold their hand through the process. I figured, with my graphic design know-how, I could help those struggling authorsif I wrote a book that walked them through the setup process and letthem in on a few design secrets along the way.

Thus, The Indie Author's Guide to: Building a Great Book was born. It details how you can format your book for every digitalplatform with ease, and even goes into how to set up your interior andcover files for CreateSpace's printing platform without the hassle ofgetting major errors when you submit.

I decided to detail thefunctions in commonly used programs so no one would feel the need torush out and buy new software. Your book can look great without youspending a ton of money.

This is meant to be a pocket guide. Ithas no fluffy stuff. It's very simple for even the newest of users tofigure out. I've put myself on the pages of a book in the hopes that I can sit and look over your shoulder, offering advice, in one way or another.
