It seems a good grammar, but I got a misprint. As it can been seen in pictures, there are missing lines at the bottom of each page, making the grammar useless. I asked for a replacement of the item, reporting the misprint. I received another defective book, with missing lines at the bottom of each page. I returned the item asking for refund. Three months have passed and I haven't got any refund yet. I am disappointed by Amazon.
