These lamps are very nice. I have vaulted ceilings and these were a bit difficult to hang and get the shade to hang straight. However, my husband kept in there and finally got them to hang straight. I would suggest, if your distance from ceiling to light fixture is minimal, (under 6 inches) and you have vaulted ceilings - this won't look right. I used one in front of our front door and we only have about a 3 inch space for hanging, and you really notice the slant of the ceiling cap versus the hanging of the shade itself. The glass shade appeared to be formed crooked ( or not cut flat) where the shade goes into the metal cap. However, if you keep turning them, you will find a place where they hang straight. They look beautiful. Also note, the metal coloring is like an oil rubbed bronze, it is almost brassy - the color in the picture is pretty accurate. We also bought the CLAXY Ecopower 1 Light - the colors do not match - it is much darker ceiling base and a a brushed nickle fixture.

good looking lights , one of the glass shades has a crack at the top , so far no problem , worried about cleaning it , hope it does not crack further .
I contacted the seller . received no response , purchased another shade from a local supply house , they are trying to locate a second shade . it's shape is a little different , then I will change them both . lights are great , not so sure about the seller .

These are beautiful and look much more expensive than they are. One note: The cap on top with the screws is for decorative purposes and does not hold on to the shade; there is a nut screwed on underneath that holds it together. You can't beat these for the price and quality. They are larger than I expected.

These look great! A LOT bigger than I thought they would be. The diameter is about the same size as a basketball. We have them hanging over our kitchen island and they look really industrial and vintage. Only annoyance is the nylon cord they hang from takes awhile for the kinks to come out. I imagine over time it will become straighter.

Have had these up for about 5 months now...Really nice pendants above our peninsula with Edison bulbs but the cords never fully straighten out for us. There is a small kink in both of them. Other buyers from Amazon suggested that it would straighten out in a few days of initially hanging them but obviously it didn't for us. This might bother me and my husband more than our guest. Still might see if we can tighten the slack but it's far down on our to-do list!
