The compressor, a nylon carrying case, an owner’s manual, a thread on filter, two different inflate tips (air mattress type), an adapter to fill a ball, an inline fuse on power cord, and a spare fuse (30 AMP).
The reason I got this compressor is because it is one of the few that have a quick disconnect fitting. It connects to the battery (not power socket in vehicle) and looked well made. These type of compressors are made to service tires, balls, and blow up things like an air mattress. They are not made for continuous use or to be used for running air tools. The manual states “Maximum continuous operating time is 40 minutes” I would recommend no more than 20 minutes then a cool down period before reuse.
The hose that comes with the compressor is an open end thread on type of hose. So when the compressor is turned on and the threaded end is not connected to anything the air will leak out of the end of the hose. So the compressor cannot build any pressure until it is threaded onto something that is a closed system. This means until you connect it to a tire, ball, or mattress the air will leak out the end of the hose. Another down side to this type of hose is while your unthreading the hose from your tire there is the possibility that you will lose some air pressure.
I wanted a quick disconnect so I could use other air hoses. Most of the other compressors of this type had a cheap threaded hose that you are unable to replace. I got rid of the hose that came with the compressor and connected a standard type air hose. This lets me use a standard type tire chuck.
As far as Elec. power the type that runs through the power socket of your vehicle can and will at some point blow the fuse in your vehicle. You will now have to get new fuses and find your fuse box to replace it. Until that fuse is replaced you will not be able to power any other device that uses that socket. Like GPS, phone, radar detector, and so on.
I would recommend that you remove the thread on filter while it’s stored in the case. This will remove the likely hood of the filter breaking off the compressor.
Note: Your vehicle should be running when you use the compressor.
35 inch tires. 15 pounds to 35 about in 10 minutes. It can over heat on a hot day. Let it cool start back up. T
I kept it in the case for a year until the very first time I really needed it. After a few seconds of use the hose started leaking. When I looked closer the hose broke in my hand. The hose crumbled when I squeezed it. The material in the hose had deteriorated with age.
I contacted the company by email and sent a picture. My intention was to let them know of the problem and find out where I could buy a replacement hose. Their customer service people ignored me. Based on my experience I cannot recommend buying this compressor for long term use. Sure, the compressor itself is good but useless without a hose.
I bought a better quality hose from an industrial supplier, cut off the ends, and with the help of a heat gun I was able to use the special connectors from the original hose to make a useful hose for about $7.
