I'm using this cable for an old Escort Passport 8500. It looks clean and the coiled cable feels solid. My only criticism is that the 12V adapter was way too tight and hard to fit in my car's cigarette lighter, but it's starting to loosen up after a bit of use. Not a bad choice if you just need a cheap cable to power your unit.
