Miss the Mc action ,

but I like how Drew writes, I very rarely go outside the Mc genre my fave authors write, mainly because I like the edge that Mc story's bring. This series is good and I read the first one because I wanted to find out about the sister in-law of one of the main characters, Scetch. It was good a slow burn story, this one is also a slow burn the characters were well thought out as was the story development, each of book in the series can be read as a stand alone, the story arc does not tie together and you can no real sense of previous characters or previous series characters. I did not suspect the stalker until the author wrote him in, I was please about that, a good writer can pull that off. Over all a good book but not a must read and no a re-read anytime soon. Hopefully Drew will give us another Mc group to fall in love with, since Parker's story does not come out until 2019, that book will be the last in this series. Now here is hoping the next series will be a bit darker I also want to thank Ms. Drew for not writing about politics or over the top feminist, we read to escape not to be preached to. Enjoy the read.

Inked tells us the story about the amazing and sassy Jess and super alpha Braden. Jess and Braden spend six months flirting back and forth. Jess finally had the courage to ask him out but he turns her down but realising his mistake they end up spending the night together. Braden disappears but Jess finds out he is undercover cop. Months later she sees him in town and believes that he is ignoring her because he is embarrassed of the way she appears. But, Braden is slowly breaking her ice and is a wonderful story of love between two people who understand each other.

I just loved this book! Miss Elyse you have done it again!

Both characters are likeable and their chemistry is exciting. The Savage Disciples MC continue to feature in this spin off series.

I really wanted to like this book but, it fell short compared to the MC series. I really liked Braden. He was strong and patient, maybe too patient. I felt that Jess's character was not true to who she really was. I get that how her mother treated her as a child affected her but, the trust issues ran too deep. It's not like she had several me who cheated on her or did her wrong for he to act as she did.
I would have preferred that the story of Braden's undercover stint was tied in with Jess's attack. Perhaps her stalker was also working for that crew. It made no sense that he planned to rape her but, the just beat the crap out of her and left, that he waited watching her for so long but, didn't kidnap her. There should have been more back story of her time she lived with the siblings, signs she miss in their behaviors. I also thought the way she was so into Jackson/Braden was in contrast to how she acted when she just assumed that he was lying to her without much evidence. I really liked Jess's character in previous books but, this story made her seem petty and weak. She should have stayed the loving, strong woman who communicates with her friends.
