Fookbuy made good on their customer service. They have tried to contact me me but I am overseas. The card, after significant driver issues, install issues, and impatiences, now works as advertised. I will say though that I bought a similar card from Fookbuy just prior to this one in which it was dead. I assumed the cost because its the nature of the beast. No issue. Again, Fookbuy has done what they were suppose to--that is followup with the cutomer. Regarding the card again, its fast and stable now.
