The authors draw from decades of experience and share concrete examples of how product / market fit can be quantified and leveraged to understand successes and failures ranging from the iPhone to New Coke to Star Wars. It is an all encompassing book that a business school professor could teach a course from.
I am so grateful the authors wrote this book. It is enlightening.
I'm a big fan of frameworks, especially those that can be applied without deep expertise to provide useful results. The Innovator's Toolkit is one such framework.
The book has valuable examples of innovation processes to explain their frameworks so you can apply them as you learn.
I'm a big fan of any book that uses the Hero's Journey!!
Thanks guys!
