My left leg is 3mm shorter so the imbalance was making it difficult to do squats etc. when working out. This was a perfect solution, so far I have bought it for every pair of shoes I use for every activity. Wish they'd sell it in singles though hate keep throwing out the right one on each pair I buy ;).

The Innov 8 insoles fit shoes with narrow and tight footbeds, or folks with wide feet like me perfectly. They provide a good level of cushion, with a slight rise for the foot arch, but are not too thick for running or cross training type athletic shoes.
