About the Author

James K. (Jim) Papp was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. He first kept a journal when he was a child. Jim has explored metaphysics and spirituality for the past 35 years. His education includes working with Mayan spiritual teachers and a shaman in the Q'ero Andean tradition. An avid photographer and hiker, Jim regularly retreats to wilderness places. He works with individuals in personal and professional settings, helping them learn to live more balanced and harmonious lives. Jim gratefully resides in Bellingham, Washington near salt water, mountains, and dear friends. He and his wife Lisa co-own Planet Papp LLC, a publishing and marketing company.

Outstanding book! Highly recommended

Format: Kindle Edition

This is an excellent guide for the beginner, as well as taking the more practiced to a deeper level. It's very readable and easy to understand. Mr. Papp's photos and poetry enliven the book.The gentle earth centered spirituality of the author shines through every page. He emphasis that part of spiritual practice is service to others on the web of life. We are all connected. I highly recommend it.

For "Seasoned" and "Beginner" Spiritual Seekers, this book has something for you!

Jim Papp's book, "Inquire Within: A Guide to Living in Spirit," is the perfect book for consciousness seekers who are "seasoned" or beginners. Jim covers many of the bases in explaining the basic rituals which are used to open your mind and, more importantly, your heart to appreciation the natural beauties which surround us. There are many ways to meditate and any or all can have value, however, the bottom line is being open to be most fully "Present" and be open to the "Knowing" that can one from each moment and each breath we take. In this book, I learned things that in my 40 years of consciousness pursuit are new to me. Thank you Jim for your perspective and the service that this book provides.
