Unfortunately the world can only be transformed one person at a time but this book can lead the way for the transformation of the one person your have the power to do that for. (no, not your spouse or boss)
I came to this book just before a heart-bruising incident that provoked one of my own more difficult stories. Reading through the book, I'm finding that my sadness has a bearable vitality that radiates from the present toward a future in which I am less invested than I might have thought. Pain hurts, but it hurts less than suffering.
Thank you, Richard.
