I got this for my 4.5 year old son. He is very interested in what’s inside the body. We have really enjoyed this book and we both have learned a lot. It’s fairly advanced for a four year old so we will be learning from it for a long time to come.

    My daughter has exited the Why? why? why? stage and has entered the deep thoughts phase. Many of her questions have had to do with the human body, like “what is inside your bones?” and “what’s inside my skull?” While this book doesn’t answer her more philosophical questions like “What is a soul? 😵‍💫, it has been great for answering all her body part questions! She is four and I feel like this is right at her level. Not too simplistic but not over her head. She likes looking at all the flaps. I like that each system of the body is covered. I think we will be enjoying this one for a while.

    I love this book! It is exactly what I wanted. A book about systems in our bodies without anything inappropriate for elementary children. It has digestion, circulatory system, the last page has kidneys and urination but they say "weeing" and they have no images that are questionable. I really appreciate this book for kids who are interested in becoming doctors someday!

    This book is full of information and flaps to lift and look. I love Usborne books since they are really kid friendly. It's apt for children above four years of age since 'see inside books' are targeted for older kids. It contains little harder words. If you want a simpler version, try out the 'look inside series'.

    My son is just two years old, and I have started collecting good usborne books for him from now onwards. There is no such thing as 'too many books'!!. 😄.

    If you are into interactive and informative book presented in a fun way, this book is a must have for kids. Who knows it may even sparkle the interests of a kid to become a doctor/ health care worker/ biologist!! In the future.
