What is Inspire?

Inspire is a new in-app shopping feed that’s personalized with shoppable photos and videos tailored to your selected interests and engagement. In just a few taps, discover new products or get inspiration on what to buy, all tailored to your interests, and then shop for those items on Amazon. Whether you’re shopping for fun or looking for inspiration on what to buy next, Inspire is a place to discover and shop for new items. You can also create your own shoppable posts to share your favorite Amazon finds with other customers.

Why did Amazon create Inspire?

Amazon invents every day to make shopping easy and fun for customers. Inspire was designed to make it easy to explore new products, discover ideas, and seamlessly shop content created by other customers, influencers, and brands they love.

When will Inspire be available to me?

Inspire is available to all customers in the U.S.

How can I get started with Inspire?

Getting started with Inspire is simple. You can open the Amazon Shopping app, sign in to your account, tap the "sparkle" icon on the bottom navigation bar, and then you’re ready to start scrolling. To get to all reviews for a product, tap its thumbnail.

Can I use Inspire on my desktop?

No, Inspire is only available when using the Amazon Shopping app.

How does Inspire recommend content for me?

We take into account many preferences that are unique to you, such as content that you like in the feed, so no two feeds are the same.

How can I create content for Inspire?

• Customers: To create content, tap on the create button (indicated by a plus sign surrounded by a square) at any time while scrolling in Inspire. Product reviews that you have created may also appear in Inspire. You can manage your all of your shoppable posts and reviews from your Public Profile. • Amazon Influencers: If you’re enrolled in the Amazon Influencer Program, photos and videos posted to your Amazon Influencer storefront are eligible to appear in Inspire.
• Brands: If you’re a vendor or seller enrolled in Brand Registry with an active Brand Store, the qualifying photos you post to Brand Posts are eligible to appear in Inspire.

How do I report violations in Inspire?

To report violations of our Community Guidelines, including potential copyright infringement, you can use the “Report” button by tapping the icon with three dots in Inspire.
