Way too difficult to navigate software. I've got a ricoh theta s 360 and it WAY cheaper and a lot easy to use. so if you looking for a cool point and shoot 360 camera, ricoh theta s 360 is the way to go. No the Ricoh doesn't shoot 4k. If you really want a 360 camera that shoots 4k, go with the GoPro 360 rig that can produce 8K spherical video; software very easy to use.

Extremely difficult to use.

This thing is terrible! Took over an hour to get connected to it. Once I turned it off it took me another 15 minutes to get connected again. Their cloud is in Chinese so I'm not sure if they even offer a spherical image sharing service. It's setup is difficult and not intuitive. I wanted spherical 4k video. It does that with extremely poor low light quality.

It's big and heavy. Prone to tip on my small base tripod I use to shoot these with. I will give it one more go tomorrow and then it's going back.

This Insta360 4K Video Camera is Great ! There's no such 4K 360 Video Camera available in the market.

The apps help control the camera remotely and it is very easy to use and it gives me the ability to view 360 view instantly. The video is excellent from the 8MP Sony dual cameras. The amazing part is the real time stitching function allows the video to be viewed real time. It is awesome because it doesn't require any processing time.

Personally, I would highly recommend this product, especially those who need to use it to record weddings, concert/performance, or real estate. This video camera gives 360 degree view so I don't have to move the camera around. Although it seems big and bulky, but it's a very sturdy and strong-built camera. I guess the battery size make this device big. It's a trade-off. But the long recording time is more important to me so the size of the device does not bother me. It's more important that the battery lasts long and the device doesn't break easily.
