1. They scheduled a delivery, but they were unable to confirm a time window in time for me to schedule an 8 hour leave. I lost half a day of work, and they had to reschedule.
2. They rescheduled the delivery for a week later, and never showed. I lost a second day of work.
3. We called and they were unaware that the re-delivery was missed. They required another week to deliver, and I had to take a third full day off work.
4. The delivery was finally completed, but they did not install the washer/dryer correctly. They reused my old clogged vent hose, connected hot and cold backward, and ran the drain line to the sink when I have a dedicated floor drain for it.
They refuse to return the same day, which means I have to take another day off work for them to finish the job. I'm just doing the rest myself.
Most calls to their office leads to a half hour on-hold time, with an eventual dump to voice mail. I have never received a call back from these messages. When I eventually get through direct, the receptionist has hung up on me for complaining. I asked for a manager, and had to leave a message. I never got a call back from that manager.
After filing the above information through Amazon, they did at least refund my money promptly.
The washer was installed, leveled and hoses attatched. My gripe here is the installer made unsavory comments regarding where my washer was located. I thought it quite convenient. no stairs, just past the front doorway in the hall... whats wrong with that? He called it STUPID "What a stupid spot for a washer." I dont need to hear that sort of thing from a service man. Yes ma'am, no ma'am and have a nice day is all I should be hearing. Not some gruff mumbles and comments about the new home I just purchased. FINAL NOTE: Washer was totally broken, not thier problem or job so dont expect for them to turn around and take it back if its not working... deal!
