There's a page for each day of the year with little prompts. Some have questions, some suggestions, some wisdom or a little motivational quote. I like the variety and that on each page you're given space to write things out. What you're feeling or a list or an idea you want to accomplish (depending on what the prompt was for the day).
If you're looking to get a little more happiness in your life (or to remind you of the good things happening) and looking for a way to help shape your attitudes to get you there this looks like a great starting point and tool to use. I've done a few of them and I like the prompts. Now, I'm terrible about actually doing it every day but I do think it's a great idea for someone looking for a little inspiration.
