Product description
The cooler is designed for use with the latest range of Intel Sandy Bridge-E processors which use Socket LGA2011 motherboards, but they are also compatible with most recent Intel boards, namely LGA1155, LGA1156 and LGA1366.
The cooling system consists of a CPU block (which also houses the pump) connected to a 120mm aluminium-fin radiator, along with a 120mm blue LED fan. The liquid is preinstalled and fully enclosed so no pouring or maintenance is required at all. Power is provided to the pump and fan via a 4-pin PWM connector which can be connected to either a motherboard header or any standard fan controller.

As for performance, I have no complaints. I'm averaging around 90ºF at idle. I'm not an overclocker, so my system is running at stock speeds. The pump and fan are very quiet, and unnoticeable from 2 feet away.
If you're not into the bling-bling thing like me, then you'll be happy to know there is a switch to disable the blue LED on the fan.
Overall, I've been very pleased with the Intel liquid cooler. It has provided me with good performance, while doing so quietly, which was my main goal. The longevity of this thing remains to be seen, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it won't disappoint.

First off, after reading the reviews here I noticed somebody has an Asus P8Z77 board and claimed the capacitors around the periphery of the CPU were in the way of the mounting base for the pump (topside of the board.) I'm not sure exactly what model Asus board he has, but I encountered no such clearance issues.
As other have mentioned, installation took a little thought and the pictograms in the little instruction booklet leave something to be desired, however, if you take it slowly and think the install through, it really isn't that difficult.
The primary install issue I had was the Intel radiator was smack dab against the 500 watt Ocz power supply and it was not going to fit against the chassis. I thought I was in deep doo-doo and couldn't make the cooler fit in the Gigabyte case but fortunately I discovered that the radiator would barely fit if I installed it on top of the existing chassis fan. I then installed the included Intel fan on the inboard side of the radiator so I now have a push-pull installation.
The Intel fan/pump plugs into the CPU fan header and I plugged the other radiator fan into the CPU optional fan header.
Performance:
With the stock Intel CPU fan: When applying a special effect to two minutes of HD video in Corel VideoStudio 4, my CPU temperature hit 70C several times. With the Intel Thermal Solution the *highest* I saw the CPU temp spike to was 50C - a full 20C cooler. Wow. Usually the CPU temps would run around 48C while processing the video. I never noticed my idle temperature with the old fan but we now idle around 32C with the inboard fan running at 880 RPM and the outboard fan at 1200 RPM.
Other thoughts:
The fan and the pump are extremely quiet in normal operation. When my Asus fan utility (FAN Expert II) spun the inboard radiator fan to full speed (to learn its upper and lower RPM range,) it was pretty loud but I doubt it will ever run that fast.
So far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and recommend it to others.

when i had my stock cpu cooler. overclocked the cpu from 2.80 ghz to 2.93 ghz (50-60c temps)
using this cooler. with my cpu overclocked from 2.80ghz-3.3ghz (34c-40c temps)most i have seen is 44c
i even used a tester that basicly puts load on the cpu to test how much it can take cooling wise
it did not even hit 70c i think it was 66c but in reality no pc will go under that much load at once.
unless the cpu is faulty.
as the tester used is designed to test the full whack.
running games on ultra graphics i hit 38c-40c sometimes 44c

Now the only probblem i can say i had with this cooler is the installation
force had to be applied to get the screws in. and if you have a in-win 136 case. i had to remove 3 fans
to get it in. which done me a favour to be honest. as i still have 4 fans in total (including) the cpu fan.
that is attached to the rad apart from that it worked great. and i said it once and ill say it again.
i highly recomend if your planning to overclock
