Surprisingly, windows rating is 6.3 for both 3D and gaming graphics. The lowest denominator is still my HD. It is a machine for my daughter to surf web, play some games and watch some videos. Nothing that require top notch performance.
I am very impressed with performance of HD3000. Will get another one of these (son's PC) once price of HD become reasonable.
It may not be the cheapest of the i3s, but it definitely isn't the most expensive, and combined with the strong built in GPU you have a very powerful chip, with hyperthreading and full aero support for a great price.
You can even play most modern (as of early 2012) games at reasonable graphics settings.
Gaming Graphics: 6.3
Primary hard disk: 7.9 (Yes, I am using SSD)
In Linux Mint 13, the Resources tab of the System Monitor applet should show 4 CPU cores.
