So for power users or oc'ers, you definitely want the K version.
If your system/setup (mostly SFF or HTPC setup) can't handle more than 65W, then you should go for this, or the T version (if you can grab this hard to find series).
Basically, they will all idle at the same power consumption, only at 100% cpu load they differ.
Do your research, grab what you need and you'll be happy.
The most amazing part of my htpc/server is that at most times the only fan running is the hyper 212 evo heatsink fan (variable speed using Asus fan xpert2 between 600-700 rpm) and my CPU and motherboard temps have never exceeded 41 Celsius. Also, my system idles at 38 watts.
If I run the rear exhaust fan at 250rpm temps never exceed 35 Celsius.
Word to the wise, If you are planning to use hd4000 graphics with windows media center, make sure to turn off the automatic contrast adjustment in the intel driver settings otherwise you might find the screen constantly adjusting on some recorded content.
Hope you found this helpful. Good luck!

I usually run a lot of programs at a time--some CPU-heavy, some not. I'll often be rendering video in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 at the same time I'm running 2-3 VM's, iTunes, Chrome with 10-15 tabs, Outlook, all the background processes Windows demands, and usually a couple RDP sessions. Task Manager says the processor is maxed-out just with Premiere rendering by itself, but there is no slowdown whatsoever. I can still have all I mentioned running and not feel a slowdown. There have been times where I had more programs running than I've listed here, and the i7-3770S still somehow manages to make itself as responsive as if the CPU were idling. In my mind, that makes this chip phenomenal.
Like anyone who likes to stay ahead of the curve technology-wise, I've given some thought to upgrading, but that's all. Just thought. The i7-3770S still does what I ask it to do every day, and I'm not letting it go until it absolutely struggles to do the most basic of tasks. I think I have a few years before I get to that point.
The integrated graphics are just great and are just fine for ANY movie watching or web browsing you could throw at it, the onboard graphics of course are not meant for any heavy 3D gaming or severely intense graphic design work,
If you're looking for a low power solution that has an extreme amount of processing power to it, you couldn't go wrong with this product.
