The Foundation 2.0 shirt is our most therapeutic men's shirt, providing supportive compression and aggressive PostureCue-ing of the muscles that support and align your spine and shoulders. This shirt is ideal for athletes seeking the strongest posture improvement during workouts, recovery, running and such sports as football and baseball. Note that proper sizing is very important for optimal product functionality. The garment should be compressive, but not uncomfortable.

Otherwise a solid product but I can't tell if it's mainly just a compression shirt. Would a compression shirt do the same thing?
Not too sure about posture support. Will write again in 2 months.
Those reporting the shirt being itchy, make sure you wash with fabric softener and lotion your skin every day. This will reduce the itching feeling dramatically.
I have tried some of the other supports on amazon and although some help, they are bulky to wear under clothing and are more for at home or perhaps while you are driving.
If you are skeptical about the shirt really pulling your shoulders back, it does, and there is a constant pressure that stimulates the muscle and helps remind you to sit up straight.
The shirt does run a little long in my opinion but it is meant to worn as an undershirt so not big issue for me. However after a good workout at the gym or a physically strenuous day at work I may request assistance from my wife or daughter to help me take the shirt off due to its tight fit.
I don't like that the shirt compresses everything so much, It flattens out my pectoral muscles. You also end up using extra energy during lifts to push back against the shirt tension while lifting weights.
Will consider buying the more expensive brand version of this type of shirt some other time hoping it is tigher and more rigid on the back than on the front.
