Dale's techniques are simple and easy to do, but as he points out, they must be practiced to see real results. I'm already feeling much better about my life since implementing the "15 seconds" technique and writing down what I'm grateful for every day, for instance. His methods for weeding negativity out of your life are priceless -- it's astonishing how much of our negative thinking is unconscious and what a positive difference it makes to kick out that useless noise!
This is a book to reread often if you want to see more progress in where your life is going. I'm keeping it handy for sure.

Dale East covers a multitude of issues relating to personal development and he outlines the steps you can take to get control of your thoughts and your life. The chapters are broken down into easily digestible parts, and he explains how your mind works and what you can do to challenge and change your current way of thinking.
As a Personal development author and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I can say that his methods are sound. I also liked the way the author shared lots of his own story and he comes across as genuine. I think this book will benefit anyone who really wants to make changes in their lives, if they apply his advice.
