"At last, the interactive project management book I've been waiting for! With humor, wisdom, and glorious common sense, the authors tackle not just process but the people you depend on for success. Stands head and shoulders above any other book that's been written on the topic." — Kristina Halvorson, Author of Content Strategy for the Web
“Nancy and Meghan take the drudgery out of process and put heart and intention into it. They make a usually dry topic easy to understand.” – Dondeena Bradley, Vice President, Nutrition Ventures, PepsiCo
"Clockwork's process made our site redesign not only manageable, but educational and refreshingly open. They were engaged partners, and expected the same from our team, too. At every step, there was structure, organization, and purpose, which are invaluable qualities for anyone and everyone working on interactive projects." – Jennifer Chrisler, Executive Director, Family Equality Council

Suffice it to say, after the first pass-through, it was a LOCK.
The reading is comfortable and not stuffy.
The information is "available" to new-ish internet business owner/computer users as well as graduate-level students.
Processes are clear and concise, with infographics to match.
Truly, I cannot say enough positive about this wonderful text as a text, and this book as a pure business guide.
Pleasurable to read, full of timeless information (which is rare for an "Internet" book), and useful for all levels of management.
Before launching into the `process' (Ch 5 - Getting digital done right), they wisely nudge the reader into a great conversation about emotional intelligence and communication. After all "the web is about people: they make it and they use it."
This a about `how to think' about successful interactive projects and the text is replete with great lessons about how to approach people, tasks, stages, and phases within a project. Part epistemology/theory and part process/praxis, there are pearls here for everyone on the team, from the project manager to the client and everyone who (and who doesn't) `interact' digitally. This is both `How to Get it Right' and 'Why It Works'!
Interactive Project Management is about good processes and people, making people work better - and together!
