Last December I bought a unit of this Smartwatch, thinking that my mother was going to be able to enjoy a reliable product.
Shortly after I sent it to her country in South America, the clock failed and did not work again. Situation for which I made the claim with Indigi, and they offered to replace the unit.
Then, after I invested more than 250 dollars including the purchase and two shipping outside of United States, with a great surprise, and frustration I received bad news from the Special Care Unit where my mother is interned. The new Smartwatch that Indigi had provided, as a replacement of the previous one, that I sent to my beloved mother almost exploded because the battery overheated, dilated and lifted the clock cover.
It is truly surprising the irresponsibility of a company in producing and assembling a product with defective parts, but the most serious thing is to expose the health and well-being of a human being with this negligent attitude.
My mother has a primary lateral sclerosis and can hardly move, which is why she is currently admitted in a Special Care Unit where she receives assistance 24/7 due to her condition and illness. Because of this, I gave to her as a present this Samartwatch, because she cannot operate the common cellular phones devices. What a big mistake. Huge.
I ask to Indigi, what would have happened if the clock had exploded? My mother would have suffered in addition to her incapacity to mobilize her hand, a serious injury as a result of that incident.
Amazon had the courtesy to reimbursed the payment for the Smartwatch due to these circumstances, but what did Indigi regarding this matter? … Nothing
