About the Author

Keith Massey earned his BA in classical studies and his PhD in biblical Hebrew and Arabic. He is currently an Arabic instructor and a high school Latin teacher. After 9/11, Massey worked as an Arabic language specialist for the National Security Agency (NSA).

Keith Massey was born in Madison, WI, where he earned a doctorate in Biblical Hebrew and Arabic at the University of Wisconsin. He moved to the East Coast in 2002, when he went to work at the National Security Agency, during which time he earned the Global War on Terrorism Civilian Service Medal for service in Iraq in 2004.

After leaving government service in 2006, he became a high school Latin teacher and an Eastern Orthodox priest. He is the author of Intermediate Arabic for Dummies and Arabic Character Writing for Dummies, by Wiley Publishing, as well as a number of fiction novels and non-fiction works.
